Yeah, I tried to keep the game loop very focused on the theme. There are some other mechanics introduced in later levels, mostly to distract you from the tape being rewound. Do you have any suggestions for mechanics I could have included?
Interesting idea! I didn't understand what to do at first but that's probably because i didn't read what ace said properly... also probably because it's 3 am (also very funny jokes :) )
Thanks for the feedback! Ace was a later addition because I realized the core mechanics weren’t very intuitive, and I didn’t want to dump a block of instructions on the player. Got to have some fun with the writing too!
